One of the top “free agent” 410 sprint car drivers has found a home for the 2025 season. South Australian standout Scott Bogucki and car owner Justin Giddings of Dirty Air Suspension will be teaming up for a 40-50 race campaign around the Midwest.
The plan is to run weekly for the Knoxville championship and fill in the rest of their schedule with races against the World of Outlaws, High Limit series and other Midwest 410 shows.. Bogucki is no stranger to success at Knoxville, a place where he picked up one win, a top five against the Outlaws and an impressive 8th place finish at the Knoxville Nationals just one season ago.
In addition to his success at Knoxville, Bogucki picked up five 410 sprint car wins in 2024 in three different rides. Over 42 starts, Bogucki earned 11 top fives and 18 top ten finishes, making 2024 his best season to date in the United States.
When Bogucki was informed that he would need to be searching for a new ride in 2025, he wasn’t sure what the future was going to hold for him. Without a large backing or funding, the opportunity to earn a ride in this sport has become increasingly more difficult. However, his hard work and constant grind, as well as his performance on the track, has earned him an opportunity with a car owner he is familiar with.
“Justin (Giddings) and I briefly worked together in the past,” said Bogucki. “I’m excited for the opportunity and I’m looking forward to having some fun this season and proving to the Midwest that we shouldn’t be underestimated.”
The familiar “Dirty Air Suspension” machine will have a new look in 2025. The car will switch from no. 25 to no. 78 and mark a fresh start in the sport for both Bogucki and Giddings.
