2023 Georgetown Speedway track champion Ryan Godown picked up where he left off by winning his first race of the season at Georgetown. Godown held off Billy Pauch Jr and Alex Yankowski to pick up the victory. Despite winning the track championship last season, Friday’s win was Godown’s first at Georgetown since 2022.

Bridgeport Motorsports Park

Matt Stangle shook off some early season struggles to pick up the Doug Hoffman Memorial modified opener at Bridgeport Motorsports Park on Saturday. Stangle held off Neal Williams throughout a rain-filled feature. Alex Yankowski and Billy Pauch Jr completed the podium. Williams fell back to 8th after a late race restart.

New Egypt Speedway

Anthony Perrego picked up his first win of the season, capping off the modified weekend with a Super DIRTcar Series victory at New Egypt. Perrego, who has enjoyed a great start to the season, got a much needed jump start over series favorite Matt Sheppard. Darren Smith and Peter Britten completed the podium, with Sheppard coming home in fourth.
