As we await the full High Limit and World of Outlaws schedule release, we are slowly finding out some more information on what tracks will be included. On Tuesday, New York’s Fonda Speedway and Utica-Rome Speedway both announced via X (Twitter) that the High Limit Racing series will be making a stop at their facilities in 2024.
There was some concern that the New York tracks that so often host big block and small block modified races would be removed from a national sprint car schedule just as they were beginning to host more races. The All Stars made frequent stops in New York over the last two seasons and rewarded the fans with some excellent racing. New York dirt tracks are slick and technical and they can really bring out the best in some drivers.
Rumors are already circulating about what this could mean for a potential joint program with the STSS (Short Track Super Series). STSS has a relationship with FloRacing and have developed into a premier dirt modified and sportsman series. Will we see High Limit pair with more than just the Lucas Oil Late Model Series?
Stay tuned for more High Limit and World of Outlaws schedule updates.
